WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Kzarvani Foundation (formerly known as ABS) is a non-profit organization committed to the holistic development of children, particularly those from marginalized communities. Founded by a group of passionate young students who have since pursued diverse professional careers, the foundation emerged from a shared concern for the challenges faced by children in underserved areas. We began this journey during our college days, driven by the urgent need to address the plight of these children, and since then, we have dedicated ourselves to creating lasting change.
Our primary focus is to provide quality education in all spheres to children in rural areas, ensuring that financial difficulties do not prevent them from continuing their education. In addition to this, we place a special emphasis on preserving and promoting India’s rich cultural heritage, particularly traditional dance, art, and music forms. We actively support and offer scholarships to children pursuing these art forms, helping them reach their full potential and empowering them to become professionals in these fields.
Recognizing the importance of digital literacy in today’s world, we also integrate technology into our programs. We aim to equip children with the digital skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly connected world, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed for academic and professional advancement.
Kzarvani Foundation was established on January 23, 2014, in Kolkata, and officially became a registered non-profit on November 23, 2020. Through our initiatives, we strive to bridge gaps in education, empower the youth, and preserve the rich cultural legacy of India for future generations.

Kzarvani Scholarship Program
Create a difference for one child by sponsoring an in any of the following categories - Education, Arts, Sports, Music or Dance for one year.
A scholarship of ₹7000 is required where ₹6000 will be used to fund for tuition fees and also for all-round development and growth. The rest ₹1000 will be used to buy stationary items for our overall pool of children on a need basis.
Donation for 'Ananda Shikshayatan'
1) Team Kzarvani, in collaboration with a local cultural group - Birbhum Sangskriti Bahini, of Labhpur, Birbhum District, West Bengal has set up an institution named “Ananda Shikshayatan” (fun-filled learning centre), which will provide education to around 50 children belonging to a tribal village in Labhpur, and aimed at imparting knowledge to them in a way, not similar to the old school bookish tradition. We believe this will keep the children interested in knowing more and explore more.

2) We have also collaborated with Lokamata Rani Rashmoni Mission to set up a similar institution in Uttar Debipur village of the Sundarbans. Here too, around 50 students from class 5 - 8 would be enrolled initially, mostly belonging to the Kora Group of the Tribal Community. The classes starts from April 2022.
We aim to collect funds to meet the monthly expenses which includes payment of the teachers, providing food to the children on a weekly basis and a feast on a monthly basis, providing electricity cost, providing them with uniforms and also providing them with necessary stationery items as and when required to mention some.

Other Activities
If you wish to support us in any of our activities like the initial set up of Community School like the one mentioned above, setting up of a sustainable livelihood model, providing meals/dry ration to the needy children, story books and other miscellaneous items, please choose an amount of your choice and be a part of these upliftment projects.

Some of our other activities include and not limited to, providing stationery items to students, art materials to the art enthusiasts, dresses and costumes to children focused on different dance forms, providing jerseys, shoes and sports kits to children engaged in different sports, nutrition rich foods to those who need special care and attention, new dresses during Durga Puja and so on ..
